what moves you?
what moves you?
Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) offers a creative, embodied path to healing and self-discovery.
In sessions, we explore what moves you - emotionally, physically, creatively. You’re invited to work with what’s present, supported by breath, grounding and embodied sensing in an attuned movement relationship.
Our sense of self begins in the body. Before we speak, we move — and through movement, we develop agency, awareness, and relationship with the world. Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) offers a unique opportunity to explore emotional and psychological challenges through the wisdom of the body as well as through words.
DMP welcomes people of all ages and abilities. Whether you're navigating a specific issue or seeking creative self-development, DMP offers a supportive, person-centred space to be seen, heard, and met - just as you are.
You don’t need to be a dancer to or have any dance experience. You just need a willingness to move, to feel, and to be met.
